We've been working hard to manage water supplies during this exceptionally dry period. To help protect our rivers and ensure water remains available for essential use, we need your help.
How the scheme works
If you reduce your water use by at least 10% over the next three months, we will give you a credit back on your 2025/26 wholesale water charges.

Who is eligible
To be eligible for our Every Drop Counts scheme, you must:
- be a Wessex Water business customer with a water meter
- have had your meter installed before 31 March 2025
- be able to provide two meter readings so that we can measure your usage.
What you’ll need to provide
To apply, you will need to provide:
- a first reading between 10 and 21 August 2026
- a final reading between 7 and 14 November 2026
For each meter reading you submit, you must provide a clear photo of the reading.

Submit your first meter reading no later than 21 August 2026.
